Jarrah was thorough and professional. Problem seems to be largely resolved.
Kim did a great job. Good massage and heat packs/ machine helped relax my back a lot. Exercises are practical and tailored to suit my needs. Thank you PPS Physiotherapy.
Jarrah is excellent. She is professional in her approach, and I absolutely love the fact that she is passionate in what she does. That passion comes across in how Jarrah explains what is happening (physiologically) and how we are working towards recovery.
Very friendly and caring environment and staff, I’m in the middle of my treatment and hopefully I will get all the best results by the end of it.
This morning was my second physio session with Kimberley Cochrane. She’s very communicative and put me at ease and the exercises she taught me help to reduce my hip pain. I would strongly recommend PPS Physiotherapy for the nice environment and efficient friendly staff.
I found Kimberley to have exceptional knowledge and highly skilled. Her bedside manner was professional yet, at the same time very caring. After my treatment I found a huge improvement in my pain relief, not to mention the benefits of the exercises she recommended.

The receptionist was good. Can't remember her name but I think it was Donna. She was very helpful. I also had a good interaction with my physiotherapist Kimberley. Very helpful. Overall, my first experience with the PPS staff was good.
