Bought a car last week. And i was assured that professional cleaning will be done before delivery. After delivery, i found no cleaning was done other than just a tyre shiner. When i told them about experience, sales person literally said ‘ i don’t clean the cars mate, ask detailer’. They how they attended my feedback. So there is no point of giving feedback. Well the staff were rude it was like once I said yes I'd buy the car they wiped me like a dirty rag and went to another customer when we wernt finished discussing things the car was sold to me with less than 2 weeks rego not even a quarter of a tank petrol then they wanted to keep the car for 2 days to do safety inspection and detail when I went to collect the car was dirty hadn't been cleaned was even dirt still in the boot I drove around the road to head home and heard a noise it had a massive bolt in the tyre I took it ba... read more
Car had not been detailed properly, still had tar on the running boards, dirty carpet on the back floor, engine bay had not been cleaned, delivery was complete shambles , what car yard would sell a 35k car with one months registration. So I certainly won’t be recommending any one to buy from you.
I received no contact from the staff from the time I put my deposit down. Every time the date I "should" receive the vehicle came I had to call them and chase it up. I understand the car lead time issues, but the lack of communication was unsatisfactory. When collecting it was a rushed experience. I didn't even get the opportunity to get the new car pictures like everyone else has on the Powell motor group social media pages.
