I don’t like giving bad reviews, but I have been frustrated with so many things. I have a pool two years old but they were too quick to advise to replace a pump and vacuum with their products. Not just twice but many times! So many text messages saying people would arrive and then they didn’t. And when they did come they left the job half finished with my equipment (vacuum and skimmer box etc) dumped and left out. STAY AWAY this bloke gets other trades in to “give him a hand” he really just gets prices off other trades to use as his own. he has does it with a few trades that i know of i’m not sure how many. he does not know what he’s talking about nor know how to price up his own jobs. just beware if you get this guy to do any landscaping or poolscaping around your pool. if i could leave negative stars i would. PLEASE STAY AWAY
Don’t use them unless you want to be harassed even after you haven’t used them for close to a year. Iv asked several of times for them to delete my contact details but they still send a message. Saying they will be here in a few days for a pool service.

So dissatisfied and disappointed. Invoices received when property had not been visited, chemicals dumped and run. Invoices including for chemicals received 2 days before actual visit. Unprofessional attendees when they did turn up. A pool professional would know systems, this company constantly asking us to replace our chlorinator & pump as they were very old and not efficient - chlorinator is about 4 years and pump was less than 1!
