At 10 am on a Friday, we called Plumbing Bros when our tankless hot water heater failed the night before. Within 1.5 hrs., a technician was on site, made a recommendation and proceeded to replace the old unit by 2 pm after travelling back to the shop to retrieve the new unit. I cannot thank Steve and the team for helping me out on what was a very stressful long weekend. I called Steve at 11.50 Saturday morning when our got water system stopped working. As we urgently needed hot water Steve organised a temporary tank (which was installed by 2pm) until a new unit could be sourced on the Tuesday. Plumbing Bros were fast, efficient and very well priced for the exceptional service I received. They will definitely be my go to plumbers in the future.
