Completely highly recommend Jake, we have dealt with many plumbers in the past but this lovely gentleman was so professional and thorough. We had issues in the past with our hot water, we had one plumber suggesting that we ought to replace the hot water tank as it’s a sign of it coming to an end, we got a second opinion, like you do and that’s when came across Jake, today was a second visit for a completely different job and once again totally highly recommend. My problem was a storm water outlet to the street - blocked solid by fibrous roots from a tree planted in the nature strip by council ……and then along came Jake with all his hls hi tech tools/toys and in no time flat - problem solved. Jake you deserve a six Star rating. Thank you.

I have been trying to resolve our low flow and reduced hot water problem for about 12 months and had no luck with other plumbers. The plumber was on time as booked. When he got stuck in traffic phoned to say he my be 30 minutes late.Jake was very well organised and completed the job promptly and neatly.
