Service was great :) just the safety hazard of square drip tray corner in my door way (witch I kick all the time) is not good. As it should be round tray.

Hi, Peter. Thanks for taking the time to share your experience. As per the advice from your property manager, the tray we installed is compliant as per the AS/NS3500 regulations. A round tray would have to be a lot larger and would have to be custom fabricated and would in fact take up more room. Hope that clarifies it for you.
My wife was home when we got a visit from the technician. Found the problem in about 30 minutes. Then they started talking about dogs. My wife was very impressed. 5 .stars
