I found the process to be very professionally done. The physiotherapist was really easy to work with and explained everything clearly. I was nervous initially but the whole experience ended up to be pretty good.

Everything was explained to me and the Physio was so very patient. He got me to do the exercises with him so I knew how to do the exercise he recommended when I was at home completing them
