Very easy process, nice staff. Awesome background music
Steven was a very professional physiotherapist, obviously extremely knowledgeable in providing pre-employment assessment for Qantas. He explained the tasks simply and precisely which made me very comfortable to perform them. Overall, the experience was very positive and he made me feel at ease immediately in a potentially stressful situation.
My last session was very productive and informative re sources of my problems. I was given a number of exercises for the next few months. Thanks.
Steven is very knowledgeable and caring. He told me the I have vestibular hypofunction (inner ear damage), but after doing the balance exercises he gave me, my balance has improved in just a few weeks. I highly recommend him.

Very happy with the whole process, young lady at reception was very helpful with all the forms and questionnaires. My physical was very good and thorough and we had a good laugh and conversation throughout the process.
