We aim to provide a seamless experience from pre- operative education and preparation to our acute hospital stay, out patient rehabilitation through to your final integration back to Work, Sport and Life. After having a L4/5 disc replacement, I began Physiotherapy with the team at Physio Next Door. I cannot say kinder words about all of them! From the beginning they were caring and understanding, listening to me and taking it as slow as I needed to go but also motivating me throughout. The whole team is so wonderful to talk to and train with and I honestly cannot thank them enough for making recovery great and supporting me throughout this. Best physio I have been to. Staff are all kind and considerate (I don't know why other reviews would say otherwise). I received excellent care for neck issues from Rugby and fully recovered without the need for surgery.
Unprofessional, no idea, set unrealistic goals for a person to achieve especially when they are in chronic pain. Daniel is good so we're Catliin and Tom but this new pysio is rude, arrogant, did not appear to really care what I was doing and to top it off he was running over half an hour late for my appointment.
Very professional and friendly team everyone are very understanding of what’s needed. Daniel had been very supportive and a great listener, thank you Daniel for all your support through my shoulder recovery, Also have a very friendly receptionists
