I can not tell you how wonderful the team at Physio by design are. I have been seeing Fabian and Katie for more than 4 years, they are very professional, caring, and understanding of my injuries. I feel so welcome when I arrive, greeted by friendly staff at the desk and by beautiful Winnie, the therapy dog, who calms me and gives so much comfort. Thank you all.
I attend Physio by Design on a regular basis. I am chronically ill. Fabain, Katie and the Physio by design team all treat me with such dignity and respect. This clinic also has the fantastic advantage of Winnie the therapy dog. Have had the pleasure of being treated by Fabian, Alex and Henry. All excellent and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing treatment. Whole staff are awesome. Winnie has been very therapeutic for a number of people that have come into the clinic. She is not perfect and has a barked a couple of times over the 40 or so visits but who is perfect…
The newest review about the so named therapy dog is the review that I was going to leave too. Isn’t a THERAPY DOG, a dog that has been professionally trained and assessed to work with their handler? Is this dog a certified therapy dog or is this dog a beloved pet that it’s owner doesn’t want to leave at home? I went to a podiatrist recently and there was another “therapy dog” there too. Our family have been seeing Fabian for 14 years now for all our physio needs whenever we get " broken" in life. He's amazing and we always come out of his practice with results and feeling better. Truly talented at what he does and just a great human being as well. Very approachable. Before he owned his own practise we would follow him wherever he worked.Recently we have been seeing Katy as well who also works her magic on our injuries. Our family would never go anywhere else.
