Professional, punctual, efficient and identified good options with regard to proposed work. I highly recommend them.
Business response:
Hi, Julie. We appreciate the kind words and are glad we could provide you with a positive experience!
Took six months to complete the job and at times communication could have been improved.
Business response:
Hi Victor, we are sorry to hear about your negative experience with us. Unfortunately, solar installations can take a while as we rely heavily on support and supply from our subcontractors, which is difficult with the influx of solar installations over the last year before the rebate ended. We understand this process isn't always convenient for customers, but hopefully everything is working for you and the rest of your solar journey is straightforward.
Ben was great the installer was a low grade installer for the solar &battery just would not come back just left in a bind
