I called to see when the next available time that they can come out was and the guy was so rude saying it was 7:20 at night and I can’t expect to get someone out now. Some companies do operate 24/7 and I was merely asking him for the next available time. I was going to book him in for tomorrow until he said he wasn’t going to waste his time booking me in if I was looking elsewhere?
