Our clinic has been designed to facilitate dancers, of all levels and backgrounds, through the rehabilitation process, in order to return to stage and ultimately prevent future injury. Dino was amazing!! He was so attentive and though about both a short and long term plan for my injury which was amazing, I was walking with much less pain the next day which was incredible!!Â

My appointment was after usual business hours which allowed for flexibility. My pointe assessment was done very professionally with some exercises to make sure I am fit for pointe work. I was provided with ideas of feet exercises to do at home so I can continue to make them strong.Â

Ellen was great. She understood what I needed to help ease my pains and as I do ballet she understood exactly what I did and therefore what I need and what I should avoid. My other two physios I went to had no idea and just gave me generic exercises which never worked. Glad I kept looking for the right place. Thank you.Â
