Dino was amazing!! He was so attentive and though about both a short and long term plan for my injury which was amazing, I was walking with much less pain the next day which was incredible!!Â
Have had great advice and programs for rehab and for conditioning. I feel supported and valued and my physio is always thinking of ways to support me to achieve my goals and keep loving to dance.Â
My appointment was after usual business hours which allowed for flexibility. My pointe assessment was done very professionally with some exercises to make sure I am fit for pointe work. I was provided with ideas of feet exercises to do at home so I can continue to make them strong.Â
