Receptionist is friendly , helpful and efficient. Provided relevant information and checked I had made a follow up appointment Physiotherapist (Darcy Newton) is competent and knowledgeable. She ensures that i am protected from obstacles in the hydrotherapy pool. In short, I feel safe in her capable hands and look forward to each hydrotherapy session I would highly recommend Performance Plus Healthcare Hawthorn

As always, the receptionist (whose name,this octogenarian can’t remember (how about a name tag to prevent embarrassing mistakes?)). Treated me with friendliness, respect and efficiency. My subsequent clinical treatment by Nicholas after the holiday break, was very helpful and encouraging. I skipped all the way home !!! Thanks for the great service.
