Sophie was incredible. Explained everything very thoroughly and concisely. I felt far more capable when leaving the practice and she put a lot of my worries at ease. She tailored the program to my situation rather than providing a generic program that wouldn’t have aligned with my goals. I can now start to exercise with a lot more confidence and knowledge behind me!

I’ve had issues with constipation all my life ( I’m 79), and it had reached the stage about 6 months ago where I could bare empty my bowels until someone suggested I see a pelvic floor physiotherapist. Without wasting time I made an appointment with Shauna Andreotti from Subiaco Women’s Health and she was able to fit me in that afternoon a month ago.
