We have been renting a house through PB for about 4 years. They are the best real estate / property manager company we have ever been through. Everyone has always been very kind and very easy to communicate with and if ever there was an issue with the house it was always promptly addressed. I've rented through Peter Bruhn for the past 3 years and have found them to be efficient, they communicate almost immediately on matters in hand, and I love that they get to know you as a person, your not 'just the tenant' which gives a truly personal service, making you feel valued.
