Absolute gem. Professional, honest and helpful. Andrea helped me find my new home, listening and understanding exactly what I was after. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. She went above and beyond after the sale as well, helping me find local trades. Can’t recommend enough
Pauline went out of her way to help me prepare the house for market, gave sound advice on realistic expectations based on current market trends. Confident and decisive just what I needed!
Pauline recently sold our property in Ocean Reef. We were very happy with everything from start to finish, couldn't ask for any better service. We would highly recommend if looking to sell your property.
Andrea was absolutly brilliant responded to all enquiries promptly. Would highly recommend Andrea as she not only had the best interests of the seller, but us as the buyer. Great work Andrea.
We were extremely fortunate to have Andrea sell our property promptly and very professionally. Andrea’s local knowledge of the area along with her down to earth and friendly personality made the whole process for us seem effortless. We can highly recommend Andrea as an amazing real estate agent. She is an absolute pleasure to work with.
Wesley has been an amazing and helpful agent throughout the whole buying process. He is very professional and prompt to respond to emails and any matters that needed clarification. We appreciate that he treated us as individuals and really went out of his way to make it smooth and would choose to deal with him again should we buy or sell in the future. We really like to thank him for this wonderful journey. Cheers…!😁🙏
Wesley did an amazing job selling my property. From the advertisement, the photos, the professionalism, the negotiation of the sale, the entire process was seem-less. Wesley is very knowledgeable, easy going and helpful. I would definitely recommend.
Excellent service, especially during the time we prepped our house for market. A real life saver to have an agent with so many contacts of local tradespeople and even come round to help me out himself when i was stuck on a particularly tricky repair! Ultimately got us a solid buyer with quick turn around, even after the market /demand had cooled considerably. Would highly recommend, especially if you live in the balcatta/ stirling area. Thanks Shaun!
In one word excellent. Well done Shaun we were very impressed by your method of going to market and the outstanding result that you got for us.
