John was a great agent. He was very fair, honest and transparent throughout the whole process and I felt very comfortable dealing with him. He's a great agent and I would strongly advise going with him for any upcoming sale.
Andrea was spot on with the current market, as she is also fimialiar with the area and know how to negotiate a price for your home. She is a fantastic people observer and know how to satisfy your requirements and she will go out of her way to make it possible. She is very much a people’s person as well being very professional. Will recommend her service to anyone!
Very knowledgeable and great negotiator.
Great agent to work with. Great price.
Great knowledge of the area, helpful and friendly
John was excellent to work with. I lived away and he went above and beyond in helping get my house ready for sale. Once the sale was through he assisted in ways other realestate agents wouldnt have to ensure that the settlement and sale went smoothly. Recommend him 100% to anyone wishing to sell their homes.
Amazing knowledge of market, what works. Provided us with multiple options to get the best price. Got back to us very promptly. Cannot recommend higher. Have been on both sides as both a buyer and seller with Katie. And would reccomend to all. She is also kind and caring so working with her is great and a lot of fun.
Tony is a very professional, experienced and knowledgeable Real Estate agent, who also has an excellent back ground team. He combines his great communication skills with a positive, happy, patient and respectful attitude. His integrity is commendable. It was a joy to work with him, making the process so easy. And the sale price was great. I can highly recommend him and will definitely use his services again in the future.
Katie sold my property in 1 week for a great price in the current market. Friendly, efficient and smooth sale. Really happy with the result and a great experience from start to finish. Thank you Katie
