I’m very grateful for the support and professionalism shown throughout the sale of my home. My agent kept me well-informed, guided me through every step, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Thank you for your outstanding work.”
I cannot recommend Joe enough for his help with the purchase of our property, he was available and helpful the whole way through and we have switched over to his agency to handle the property management going forward, we look forward to working with Harcourts Initiative in the future
Fantastic purchasing experience. Shane’s professionalism throughout our dealings with him has been first class. Was extremely thorough during the offer and acceptance period and had terrific knowledge of the variations between the suburbs we were looking in. Went above and beyond helping us with things in between the acceptance and settlement period also. Our entire purchasing experience went so smoothly, thanks very much for all your work Shane!
Business response:
Thank you so much for your review. I am grateful that you found the process a positive one.
I recently sold my property in Perth through Joe,I am living in Sydney but the entire experience felt as smooth as if he were right next to me. Despite the time difference, Joe’s communication was always fast, clear, and extremely professional. He handled the whole sale with great efficiency, and his negotiation skills helped me secure a very strong final price. I truly appreciate his dedication and the support he provided throughout the process. Highly recommended!
Claire's knowledge of the suburb and methods to achieve the highest possible price was clear. I highly recommend.
Adam was helpful and supportive throughout the whole process of offering on and then buying our house. Very understanding of the fact we are first home buyers and didn’t know all the ins and outs and explained everything clearly for us to understand. He went above and beyond with helping and solving each little problem or issue that popped up. Couldn’t have asked for a better agent to work with.
Business response:
Thank you so much for your lovely review, Monique. It was an absolute pleasure helping you both through the process of buying your first home. I know it can feel a bit overwhelming when you are doing it all for the first time, so I am really glad I could explain things clearly and help work through each step with you. Thank you again for your trust and for being such a pleasure to deal with. Wishing you many happy years and memories in your new home. 🏡✨
Pauline & Kristy assisted my husband and I to both sell our home in Woodvale and purchase in Ocean Reef. Having done this a couple of times we were both very impressed with the flexibility and customer service we received from both Pauline and Kristy. Nothing was too much trouble and they were able to work with us when we occasionally opted to change schedules. They also have some really lovely finishing touches that we didn't expect. Highly recommend.
Review for google Dannie and Courtney Brogan were absolutely fantastic throughout the entire sale of our property. Their communication was consistent, transparent, and always reassuring. They guided us through every step and made the whole process feel effortless. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell.
Highly recommend John as your agent, he is genuine, to the point top bloke, knows his areas, hard working and will do what he can to get to dollar you want for your house. Would definitely use John as my agent again.
