Absolutely Amazing! We just sold our property in Osborne Park and had the pleasure to work with James. He made what could have been a stressful and difficult process as seamless as could be selling our property of market and saving us money on marketing fees . He really listened, cares passionately about his job and his calming manner worked wonders for us
I found Andrea to be very professional and hardworking, genuine, kept me well informed and guided me throughout the whole process from start to finish, with an exceptional knowledge of the area and the market.
Buying the property through John, was a pleasure. He was honest, open, punctual , polite and very helpful in my purchase. His knowledge of the local area and contacts made the whole process easier. I was a bit overdue with bank finance, but John applied no pressure on me and it all went through. Thanks John.
From the first contact, Andreas efforts to service were outstanding. Our home buying experience with Andrea included great communication, supreme attention to detail and expertise in the suburb, which enabled her to match up the right property for our needs. When it comes to selling or buying real estate, Andrea will be our first choice. Thanks again!
Andrea went above and beyond for us, with her level of communication, drive to achieve the best price/outcome, quality advice on the local market and marketing strategies. Highly recommend.
It has been a pleasure buying a home with John. From start to finish John has stayed true to his word, keeping me updated and informed and making the whole process as stress free as possible. I would highly reccomend using John when purchasing or selling a home.
Highly recommend John Cowup. John delivered first class service and exceeded our expectations, thanks John!
100% professional. Highly recommend, Andrea's advice was always spot on and achieved our sale at the best price with minimum fuss in difficult circumstances. Would definitely recommend Andrea to friends and family.
John is very professional realestate agent. Good knowledge of the property market, good advice on how to improve your property for the market if needed. John was always very prompt in returning phone calls and replying to emails. We can highly recommend John as your next realestate agent. We were pleasantly surprised with our sale price and wished we’d had John to sell our previous property’s.
