We had a great experience dealing with Kerry throughout the purchase of our property. She was professional, responsive and easy to communicate with. We appreciated her helpful and straightforward approach and would happily recommend her to other buyers.
Ella was very professional and friendly at the same time. Ella kept us in the loop at all times and was very prompt even going to the extra effort to come by to our existing home to deliver the keys immediately after settlement. We can thoroughly recommend Ella. 10/10
John made the buying process smooth and enjoyable. He went out of his way to ensure things were actioned quickly and was readily available to answer queries.
Mel is amazing! She is a local selling legend in the Allara Estate. We appreciated her honesty and upfront feedback in relation to selling our home. We also really appreciated her understanding around working with the tenant who was renting our home as we wanted to do the right thing by them. She is transparent in all aspects of selling, has amazing communication skills - answering messages and phone calls and has a lovely way of responding to concerns. Absolutely recommend 100%.
Business response:
Thanks Michelle, this really means a lot to me - you and your family have been a delight to work with and get to know. Thank you for trusting me with selling your home. x
Melanie has been the local legend in our Eglinton community since before we built our home there in 2019. We chose her to sell our home as we have worked with her in the past to do valuations for us and organise tenants when we moved out, before ultimately deciding to sell. Melanie had it on the market for exactly 8 days before presenting us with the perfect offer. She was also able to work with our tenants to help them get them into a home of their own at the same time.
Business response:
Wow - I am so grateful for your kind words Grant and it has been an absolute pleasure working with you and your family. It's so nice to make friends along the journey - wishing you all the very best on your next adventure!
