Big thank you to the Bfit team! Since starting nightly classes with Emily and Saturday boot camp with Emily and CHRIS in February, I have lost 10kg and over 10cm from around my waist. I am nearly 40 but fitter then I was in my 20's. The gym is great, the people are great and the results speak for themselves. Thanks guys!
