Hi James, as discussed on the phone with both the admin and the plumber, it was not just a washer that was changed, they did a full tap service. The plumber explained in detail on the phone the work that was carried out. The cost of the job was also discussed before any work was carried out and the plumber got a signature off the client after completion to say they were happy with the job.
