Very basic room with shared toilet miles from your room. The shared bathroom door did not close. It wasn’t that nice or good but it is newish. My single bed was smaller than a regular single. You turn and you hit the wall. TV in an awkward position too high up the wall and only be seen from one of the beds. The lock on the room door sticks and hard to lock. Everything not very convenient. The staff were nice and the room clean. The restaurant below is good.

Worth a stay at the Paragon Hotel I have stayed at the Paragon 4 times and find it comfortable and convenient. The beds are good and everything is clean. I would recommend it for sure.

A good price but we'll stay elsewhere next time Very noisy. Couldn't open window because room overlooked beer garden. Friday night music didn't stop until after 11pm. The hotel is attractive but old: banging of front door reverberated constantly and the floors creaked each time someone passed our door. Men's shared bathroom not renovated. There was a problem with our booking but Dave at reception was very helpful. The room was large and, for an old hotel, well appointed. Shared bathroom was clean.
