Nice hotel with good facilities. The shared women’s bathroom has been renovated which was very good. The rooms are also updated and in very good condition.
Business response:
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a fantastic review. So glad you enjoyed your stay
Great value accommodation - clean, helpful staff. Shared bathrooms are always a bit inconvenient, but they were recently updated and very clean, so we couldn’t really complain. It would have been good to have a water jug in the room. Clean and comfortable and a great price. Friendly and helpful staff.
Business response:
Great feedback Kate. You are absolutely right! A water jug is required. I will action this. Thank you so much for pointing this out
Very Good
Reasonable for a short stay. Interpersonal skills for the young staff. We didn't order breakfast. Location fantastic. Dinner was really great.
Business response:
Hi Linda Thank you for the great feedback. I agree about the interpersonal skills in some of our younger team members and it is something our team are working on to improve as they build confidence. Thank you so much for taking the time to provide such constructive feedback. It is greatly appreciated

It was great value. Would recommend. The room didn't have a mirror. No gauze on the window.. I didn't have breakfast. The location was excellent. The lady on the cleaning staff was lovely and carried my very heavy suitcase down the stairs. Good value rate.
