I found Craig to be a great person to deal with. He is very knowledgeable and genuinely care about his clients. Highly recommended
Craig is a knowledgeable RE professional who is also friendly and approachable. He went above & beyond, providing valuable advice and assisting with many small details throughout the purchase process.
We were very impressed with the professionalism and excellent salesmanship of Craig Vilcins in the sale of our elderly mother's property. Craig was genuine, knowledgeable, realistic, great negotiator, helpful, courteous and kept us informed at every stage of the process. Tania and the administrative TEAM were extremely efficient with the settlement process. We highly recommend Craig and the TEAM at P. Di Natale Real Estate for their honesty , integrity & ethical service.
Craig is very professional when working with purchasers, understandable and considerate throughout our property purchasing journey, he is supportive and level headed; and ensures he gives the best effort to help customers. He is a good communicator, transparent and always wear a smile.
I hardly had to worry about anything! After 2 viewings, property was sold close to the upper end of the price range. Craig was an absolute pleasure to deal with and would recommend him to anyone wanting to sell their home.
We had a fantastic experience with Craig in purchasing our recent property, who expertly guided us through the entire process of inspecting properties, making offers, and coordinating with vendors. His proactive communication ensured that everything went smoothly. Craig's dedication and expertise made a significant difference.
A fantastic seamless experience. Made selling easy and took care of all the finer details that comes with selling an investment property. 100% recommend thanks
Highly recommended
Craig was very good with the knowledge of the properties and area. We found Craig to be very spontaneous and very pleasant to communicate with. We wouldn't be able to buy our first home with out his help. Thank you for your support from first inspection to final pre settlement inspection.
