Our Ozi aluminium boat trailers are designed by us for use in the Australian market to outperform and outlast conventional galvanised steel trailers. Our trailers are engineer certified and exceed the national Australian standards. Our chassis are bolted together. This has the advantage over welded chassis in that it allows some movement and eliminates fatigue cracking that can occur on a welded aluminium trailer. I spent a lot of time researching new trailers including speaking to many manufacturers and I was impressed with Peter at OZI alloy trailers. Straight answers to direct questions and followed through with the exact trailer that we had discussed over the phone. The trailer is perfect, it tows really well, it’s easy to manoeuvre and the weight distribution is spot on.The boat glides on easily and sits at the correct height for the boat ramps we use. They include Mooloolaba, Rainbow Beach and 1770. Thanks Ozi trailers.

From the moment I first phoned Peter at Ozi Alloy Trailers I felt confident about ordering a trailer, site unseen, from North Queensland. After completing the dimensions checklist and with a couple more follow up phone calls with Peter to consider options for my Haines Traveller TC200, I settled on a trailer with the more solid Ibeams, bunks and one set of rollers.
