The settlement of our land has been an absolute nightmare, do yourself a favour and use someone else!!!
I do NOT recommend Ownit Conveyancing due to systemic issues regarding how they handle cases in selling a property. We had significant issues regarding settlement of the sale, with multiple roadblocks perpetrated by the business with poor communication throughout. The biggest issue (which can be seen on multiple reviews on Google - I have no idea why the Facebook rating is so high, when Product Reviews and other review websites are 2 stars only), is that no single person is assigned to one's sale, and so YOU are left to try ... read more
RecommendedWas fairly straightforward but my email was always reply from a different person and was a bit concerned not all information was passed on from previous contact and also having sent bank account details for where settled funds was to be deposited about 6 weeks before settlement date. Then on date of settlement, I was asked to input banking details into my PEXA app. Unfortunately I was traveling to Brisbane by road on the day and didn’t get a chance for input into PEXA and as a consequence I got my fund about a week later. RecommendedGreat work Tahni and crew. Settlement was as easy as lying on the couch. This meant i could handle it by phone whick meant i had more time for my children's constant demands during home schooling. Our purchase went as smooth as slime said my 6 year old daughter Hayley. (The kids are helping me write this review) I have to go now to buy some Bakugan's for my son so we hope we win something for this review.
