Dalbir was friendly and easy to talk to. He make sure that we understand how everything works and always keep us updates.
He did not help at all when problems arise, we had to pay more fees to our conveyancer because the vendor didn't meet the settlement date, and no communication was provided. No regards for us, as we moved interstate, and had to pay extra accommodation because of them. He did not follow up when after settlement some issues with the property were flagged, and said "it was our fault for not realising of this at the inspection". Finally, the agent avoided any writing communication.

I made genuine efforts to assist wherever possible from picking up your wife from Lara train station for the final inspection as she was pregnant and you guys needed help, and provided support beyond what is typically expected of a sales agent when circumstances required it.
