Recently finalised a rental agreement with this lot. The exit agreement was dated in the future, didnt bother to refer to the entry checklist and blamed us for damage that exised prior to our lease. They didnt bother to consult the landlord for anything and made us return to clean the tiniest details under threat of using our bond for cleaning fee.
