By far the best experience we have had purchasing an investment property, being that it was an interstate purchase this can be difficult but Kerry and Jessica made the process so simple. After the sale we are honoured to have them as property managers, The ingoing process with new tenant was perfect And their assistant with liaising with Trades for upgrades, very much appreciated. We found Kerry and her staff very friendly and accommodating, even though the house sale fell through, it was no fault of hers, she was brilliant. Communication from her to my conveyancer was one of the best I have seen, if only the sellers conveyancer communicated as good. She went out of her way to get the house into an acceptable condition following the reports. Again lack of communication from the seller/conveyancer lead to me not following through. I would highly recommend Kerry.
