I went to view a unit to rent, Britteny the agent was on time so very friendly and courteous , explained everything about the place no question was to much trouble.I went straight to their office to fill in and application which I found out is usually done on line. Big shout out to Jane Carswell for advising us through the difficult process of selling our property making the transition from start to finish a lot easier.
The agent was helpful and open and the communication was thorough. Generally quite happy with the overall process although, it would have been nice to be advised that the keys did not actually work in the lock!
