Very poor service. Staff were more interested in checking me out than actually serving me. As if a female cannot own or purchase firearms. After a number of very rude and sexist remarks I took my business elsewhere. Time to move into the 21st century boys and pull your heads out of your backsides.

Worst customer service ever. I purchased a used handgun from them that failed to fire on at least 1 in 3 trigger pulls on factory ammo. I requested a refund and was told no as the problem had to be investigated. A supposed gunsmith looked at it and said it was fine. I went back to the store and a salesperson finally agreed to try it themselves. Well what do you know. There WAS a problem. If you are not a brisbane local I would highly recommend you do not purchase anything from this business, I have been gut wrenchingly taken advantage of by the staff in this shop. after paying 1100 dollars for a second hand rifle I was sent a completely different brand that was significantly less in value, this situation was then attempted to be solved after speaking to the stores manager we agreed they would replace my second hand one with a new rifle, needless to say I was further taken advantage of by being sent a cheeper... read more
