I cannot recommend Clarke's highly enough as a Real Estate Agent. I purchased my unit through them and from the first contact they were professional, polite, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Since then I have been dealing with Clarke's as a landlord. If possible, ask for Karla Hudgell to be your property manager.
