Devastated after non arrival We haven’t been given an answer about the non arrival of an inherited mid-century sideboard that was supposed to be transported from Sydney to Brisbane. It’s been many weeks now, and it seems we may never see it again.
Very disappointed Nuss has ignored the disappearance of items important to us and, we discovered, our insurance didn’t cover non-arrival. We have made numerous calls and sent emails to no avail. They’ve gone silent despite requesting that we submit a claim. So disappointing.
