I've been coming for a while now, Taylor knows my hair and does a great job. The staff are always very friendly and obliging. The salon has a nice ambience and is kept very clean. Love the easy booking and reminder system. All in all a great experience ♡
Always welcomed as a favored customer. Helen is an excellent hairdresser who seeks my needs and complies with them. As a senior citizen , I am 90+, staff do things that pander to my age group, like holding open the heavy street door over a step. Thank you msg

After all the years of loyal fantastic service, I call on the day of my appointment to cancel from the emergency room at the Burnie hospital where my son is being prepped to fly to Launceston for urgent unexpected treatment and I’m informed there will be a cancellation cost of about $111. Worst haircut my husband has ever had … a waste of $35!! He’ll need to go to a barber this week to get a decent cut You need to learn how to cut a man’s curly hair!!
My mother and I asked for trim and shape, especially my mother her hair is curly, however what we received was crew cuts to the point that we are embarrassed by the cuts and now I wear a beanie when I go out.
