Anticipating a relaxing pamper the experience did not disappoint with a therapeutic hair wash massage, style cut and blow dry. Staff very willing to accommodate comfort, choice and offer suggestions. Choosing a different style, I was extremely happy with how Shanae talked me through it and able to create a style for my thick hair that is easily manageable. Thankyou Shanae 🤩
