I had a style change this week at NRG, going from long-ish hair to short. An apprentice looked after me and made me feel comfortable. The next day, after I had washed and dried my hair, something didn't feel right. Unusual discrepancies in the lengths on one side began to become apparent. I phoned NRG who encouraged me to come back in for them to have a look and provide a complimentary alteration.
