We purchased vynal planks from here approx 3 years ago, maybe a little longer. over time the planks shrunk and gaps appeared. I called Ben to discuss the issue and he immediately turned up (on fathers day) to inspect the issue. He told me he would sort this out for me but did warn me it can take time, which was fine.
