Absolutely stoked with our new flooring. Cannot stop looking at it. No more carpet which am super happy about. The amazing service from Ben and Billy as well. Answered any questions we had and were awesome to deal with. The guys who came out and installed our flooring were fantastic and we couldn’t fault anything. Cannot recommend NLFS enough, have now used twice for our hybrid flooring and was a seamless process from start to finish, all of the staff are super reliable, friendly and go beyond expectations, shout out to Ben and Adam for coming back once our door was installed and 2 new floorboards needing replacing to fix gaps made by new door, really appreciate you guys coming back so quickly, your after customer service was amazing and cannot be happier with our new floors 👏👍👏

Service above and beyond from the team. From my first contact with NLFS I’ve been impressed with the professionalism, communication and advice received. No question is too silly or too time consuming for Billy and Ben. Their range of products was good and their pricing was competitive. Adam did a great job installing the flooring and the unit was left as new. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend North lakes flooring. Billy is very professional and knows how to handle anything that comes at him. Connor did a great job replacing carpet in my bedroom... he went above and beyond for me, he took my bed apart and put it back together. Eli removed carpet in my living room and installed vinyl planks. Eli is friendly, easy to get along with and has an amazing work ethic. I'm over the moon with results and love my new flooring. 5 out of 5 is not nearly a high enough number to give Ben and the boys at NLFS. At the start Ben made us feel so welcomed and not like just a ‘everyday customer’ like some places did. He treats his customers like he would a mate. Honesty, respect, and being so unbelievably helpful is just a few of the amazing qualities Ben and also the boys showed us. Thank you to NLFS for the best services we could have asked for, I will be recommending you to everyone.
