Business response:
Hi, Debbie. Your feedback is highly appreciated. Thank you for the review!
Chisel all fine. I think he had a bit of a reaction that night from vaccine (never happened before) was panting, whimpering and felt rather hot or was in pain with rear right side leg not sure what he did to it but couldn’t put weight on it.
My dog was in terrible distress and could not breathe. I was told you Would not see her. Considering you were her vet especially when it was an emergency.
Sam has had severe diarrhoea since his needles on Monday- I have never had this happen before!
When making the appointment I explained that Astro does not like males & would like to see a female vet - which did not happen.
Rang to make appointment for repeat medication and was told to just call in next afternoon and pick it up. When I did the woman very rudely said no medication is dispensed without an appointment. So I asked for an appointment. First she walked away and served someone who had just walked in then came back said next available in a week and a half When I said I hoped I had enough and maybe I should find another vet she said I should do that. Throughout the entire encounter she was extremely rude and aggressive
