We are a relatively new patient. Our boxer dog Lynxy requires regular Cytopoint injections for allergies. One of our daughter's miniature schnauzers, Max was fitted into your surgery due to a lesion on his gum. Booked in for 27th. I get reminders for our dog, however no reminders for Max initial appt received my just a computer glitch most probably

I brought in a new dog that had a tiny fracture Treated like royalty & I was put at ease straight away .. my other dog has been a friend of Nissen St Vet for 4 years … nothing but the best treatment for animals & their humans

On time; made me feel that during the consult, that my dog was the only dog; enquired as to how my dog was doing in regard to a previous condition indicating that notes from the previous visit had been read prior to this consult; overall - very professional.

We found the staff, particularly Kristie at reception and the Vet to be helpful, honest and efficient. We were very stressed about our pets situations. Kristie was supportive and assisted us and our fur child to obtain X-rays and advice of the next step. Thank you so very much 😊
