On entering your Laboratory the welcome was so friendly and invitiing. Sam was interested in my concerns and he was professional and detailed in answering questions regarding colour and fit of a denture he was about to make for me . I apppreciated being warned that a second denture would need to be made to fit more perfectly once my gums healed I left feeling confident that my smile woulld be as before.

After not feeling comfortable with anyone who makes dentures back home, we made the 7-hour trip to see Sam to get my denture made, a trip that I'd make again in a heartbeat!
