Very professional and great service. Sam and Helen are polite and friendly which I find creates a calming atmosphere as I get nervous with dental treatment Would recommend. Thank you for your help as always.

On entering your Laboratory the welcome was so friendly and invitiing. Sam was interested in my concerns and he was professional and detailed in answering questions regarding colour and fit of a denture he was about to make for me . I apppreciated being warned that a second denture would need to be made to fit more perfectly once my gums healed I left feeling confident that my smile woulld be as before.

After not feeling comfortable with anyone who makes dentures back home, we made the 7-hour trip to see Sam to get my denture made, a trip that I'd make again in a heartbeat! Both Sam & Helen were lovely, the second that you walk through the door they make you feel comfortable, listen to any concerns that you have and make you feel supported right through the denture process. All staff members are very nice , friendly and helpful. Feeling warm welcome. The service are good . But my upper right 4 and 5 Denture, the 2 teeth doesn't look as good. as my upper left 4, 5, and 6 Denture. That upper left look more natural.
