Feeling blessed to have Myotherapy by Natalie. Very good treatment on my back. I have seen many Osteos / Chiros / Masseurs etc... and she is very good! She's used a wide range of techniques to treat different parts as she felt and that was really effective, regaining range of motion and suppressing pinching in the lower back. Highly recommend this place! It is a beautiful space professionally run by 2 sisters each with their own areas of expertise, creating a wellness clinic and cafe that offers food, fitness and wellness options. All the Pilates instructors are brilliant making every class so enjoyable, I am addicted. It's a one stop wellness studio offering Pilates, yoga, massages, steam room, great food & coffee all in one space and all the staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful.
