RecommendedFor the move to Caboolture I got six quotes. Everybody told me not to get the cheapest quote. I picked Mr Ten Percent Removals and I had some delay and had to change my pick up and delivery date which was no problem for them. When the day finally came they turned up on time and started loading the truck. Everything went smoothly. Gary and Ricky and his wife were very efficient. RecommendedHave documentation which lists customers items and is ticked off and signed before transportation, and followed up and checked on arrival. Customer receives a copy. I wish this has of been done for me. I have used removalists in the past and this procedure was always in place. This way nothing goes missing or left behind. I will not use this company again.
Worse Experience. Sloppy business standards, complete negligence for my property and inability to communicate effectively. Could NOT recommend this company. Spend your money elsewhere.
