Business response:
Hi, Karen. Thank you so much for leaving us a stellar review!
Flexible with actual time of service was greatly appreciated because I was unable to control the length of a prior event. Not cheap but always reliable. I started going to them on the recommendation of a close relative who has a nearby mechanical workshop specialising in European models.
Business response:
Hi, David. Your feedback is highly appreciated. Thank you for the review!
Michael at M&R Auto runs a very professional business in Sandgate. Over the years that I’ve taken my vehicle there, I’ve found their mechanical knowledge and customer service is second to none. Gavin, who manages the office is polite and efficient. The workshop is clean, tidy and seems to have lots of repair and testing equipment in it. I can thoroughly recommend M&R Auto.

Great job M&R Auto Care Tyre & Mechanical!! You recently did a major service for us as well as replacing various other mechanical components. Unfortunately your mechanic became sick before the work was completed but you were quick to give us your lend vehicle and all was well. We were very happy with the whole experience.
