I give 1 star because I cannot give 0 stars. Called up booked an appointment at 1pm 16 February, drove all the way to Newmarket from Gold Coast, turned up been told that they cannot do the service for me because they never book the appointment in the afternoon. Finally got the car serviced because I insisted but felt really poor service at the beginning. When picking up the car at 4.10pm (yes, still 4 hours for the appointment-booked service), the manager did not vacuum the car as promised at the beginning as an apology. ... read more
