Excellent communication confirming booking, pre event reminder, clear instructions re pick up location and shuttle bus process follow up on the day when my flight was delayed by hours, very efficient and welcoming office manager and good value for money in a convenient location
The process of picking the vehicle was smooth and at a great price. Vehicle condition was excellent. Will definitely use Motopool again.
