Motopool have provided an exception person centered service to me and my family for over a year. It has made such a difference to my life, with hassle free leasing / subscription, easy to book servicing, simplified billing and ease of switching vehicles when our needs change. They also have low staff turnovers and staff who remember your name which makes a huge difference to quality and customer service.
The service has been five stars plus and more. Denise helped us get everything in place so quickly after we had arrived in Perth and she helped me and my wife in such a professional, friendly and caring manner which we will never forget. We had a new Mazda and it did more than serve our purpose. Great car ! it would have been nice if everything was this easy. Our cousins will be moving here soon and we will help them get a car from you as we dont think of going anywhere else, we thank you Denise.
