Very easy from the enquiry to picking up. I had abit of anxiety, thinking something has to go wrong, that's how smoothly the process was. Shenelle is AWESOME

Shenelle was great, she heard what I needed for my trip to Adelaide and suggested a fantastic car that fit everything for the kids. The transfer form the airport wast easy and staff helped me load and unload our luggage. They even installed the car seat for me which was so helpful travelling solo with two young babies. Shenelle was my point of contact she was amazing helped me find the car I was requiring and meet my budget requirements. The process was very easy, no hard sales or putting myself under any pressure. All questions and queries were answers very quickly and I was in a car within hours.
